1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of a deposit.
1.2 A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event.
2.1 Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
2.2 Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
3.1 Final menu selections must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
3.2 Vic Caters will make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies but must be informed of these requirements at the time of booking.
4.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon at the time of booking.
5.1 Vic Caters provides all necessary serving equipment unless specified otherwise.
5.2 Any loss or damage to rented equipment will be charged to the client.
6.1 Vic Caters is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 We prioritize food safety and hygiene; however, we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising after food has been delivered or served by external parties.
7.1 All content on the Vic Caters website, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vic Caters and may not be copied or used without permission.
8.1 Vic Caters respects your privacy and ensures that any personal information collected will only be used to process your booking and provide our services.
8.2 We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
9.1 Vic Caters reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on our website, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
